Application of VIPLAN in the proposal of an Organizational Structure Design for the dairy Sector of the MYPES of the Pampas District

Abstract
The application of VIPLAN, as a design instrument, is a key element for the presentation of the proposal of an organizational structure for an organization; That is why the objective of this research was proposed, Propose the design of an organizational structure for the Mypes of the Dairy sector of the district of Pampas, Huancavelica Region - Peru. Where the beneficiaries are the artisans dedicated to the production of products derived from milk. The methodology used for the construction of the organizational structure was the VIPLAN method in the context of viable systems proposed by Raúl Espejo in accordance with the viable systems of Stafford Beer. The design proposal used the systems thinking approach and the five systems of the viable systems methodology. Communication channels were proposed for the interrelation between the subsystems at the different recursive levels, strengthening their implementation and adaptation capacity. The design proposal proposes a different way of organizing a Mype in the dairy sector capable of adapting to the demands of its environment, based on integrated management that guarantees the independence of each of its units without losing integrity at its different levels.
