Environmental education and balanced environmental law in State Educational Institutions, Huancavelica- Peru

The study had as principle to determine the relationship between environmental education and the balanced environment in State Educational Institutions of Huancavelica-Peru. 272 4th and 5th grade high school students from State Educational Institutions of "Sciences and Arts La Victoria de Ayacucho" and "America" of Huancavelica-Peru were considered. The poly-dichotomous questionnaire based on a 13-item likers scale referring to three dimensions was applied: the transversal dimension of environmental education, the practical environmental education dimension and the maintenance, recovery and improvement of the environment dimension. Considering a descriptive correlational study. The results indicate that the environmental education that is taught in the State Educational Institutions "Ciencias y Artes la Victoria de Ayacucho" do not perform according to the provisions of environmental legislation, there is no relationship between environmental education and the balanced environment and a similar result behavior in the Institutions. Educational; therefore they violate to a certain degree the right to a balanced and adequate environment. Conclusion, evidencing the non-existence of a relationship between environmental education and the balanced environment in the educational institutions of the State of Huancavelica-Peru, the right to a balanced and adequate environment is being violated.
